Reservation and payment

The reservation is made by mail. You hereby accept all rental conditions and house rules.

The booking is only final upon payment of 50% of the rental price on BE83 0018 7876 5415.
The final balance must be paid up to one month before the start of the rental period. No reminder email will be sent for this. Please indicate this yourself in your agenda.

If the lease is concluded within 5 weeks before the day of commencement, the full rent and the deposit must be paid in full.

Rental guarantee

The rental deposit of 300 EUR must be paid before the property can be used. This, together with the final balance, must be transferred to BE83 0018 7876 5415 at the latest one month before the start of the rental period.

If the lease is concluded within 5 weeks before the day of commencement, the deposit must be paid in full together with the final balance.

If there is no damage to the house and / or furniture and materials, the rental guarantee will be refunded within one month after the rental period.
